“Service” refers to the service provided by the Company where users can share images generated by AI and the prompts used to generate those images.
“User” refers to members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Company’s Service.
“Image” refers to the graphic content generated by AI through the Service.
“Prompt” refers to the instructions or phrases provided to the AI to generate the image.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
The Company will post the content of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service where users can easily see it.
The Company may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and policies, and if the Terms are revised, the revised Terms and the effective date will be posted on the Service screen.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
1. The Company provides the following services:
(1) Sharing of images generated by AI
(2) Sharing of prompts used to generate images
2. The Company may change all or part of the provided services due to operational or technical necessity.
Article 5 (Restrictions on Service Use)
Users are free to share their images and prompts through the service.
However, the Company may restrict the use of the Service to users who interfere with the normal operation of the Service or violate the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 6 (Copyright and use rights)
The copyright of images and prompts is not specified, and neither the company nor the user can claim copyright for the shared images and prompts.
Users are free to use only the prompts shared through the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempt from liability if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, government orders, or other force majeure events.
The Company is not responsible if the user is unable to use the Service due to their own negligence.
The Company is not responsible for the results of using the images and prompts shared through the Service.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes between the Company and the user will be resolved through mutual consultation.
If the dispute is not resolved despite the consultation in paragraph 1, a lawsuit can be filed with the [jurisdiction court of the company’s location]
